Comfortable corrugated iron-clad beach-house on a 1.25 acre secluded bush block within walking distance of the front beach, and a short downhill stroll to the Flinders village and all that it offers. With its country style looks and feel, this four-bedroom and two-bathroom house with an open fireplace provides a relaxing setting. Swing gently in a hammock with a book, recline on the sun deck to enjoy the peace and quiet and local birdlife. Or use the house as a base from which to venture out to local peninsula beaches, wineries, restaurants, cafes, walking tracks and points of interest. A homely beach house in a private bush setting. All bookings are subject to owner’s approval. Sleeps: 8 tenants maximum. Tenants can choose to bring their own linen (top and bottom sheets and pillow cases) or have them supplied at a cost of $35.00 per person per stay. Doona and covers, bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are supplied. Bed 1: 1 x S and 1 x 2-bed S Bed 2: 1 x QS Bed 3: 2 x S Bed 4: 1 x QS 2 bathrooms 1 x outdoor shower and bath No smoking indoors. Plenty of car parking space. Strictly no cats. Dogs permitted $50.00 per dog per stay only on the basis of such advice at the time of inquiry that they live and sleep outside in the kennels provided.
