This cottage has been constructed to give a traditional look yet meeting top ’eco’ specification to provide quality accommodation whilst caring for our environment. It is built in stone, giving the impression that they may have sat there for hundreds of years. Every last detail has been carefully considered to provide comfortable living. Fallow House boasts 4 en-suite bedrooms, with one on the ground floor with its own wet room, ideal for less able visitors.
Paythorne is ideally located for exploring both the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The village itself is well catered for with the local caravan site providing a shop where basic provisions may be purchased, there is a pub within 500 yards of the cottage, yet it enjoys a quiet, secluded location away from the village. There is a Post Office just 3 miles away, and the wonderful amenities of Skipton are within very easy reach. Paythorne provides an ideal location for walking and cycling, and there are many other amenities within the immediate area including a golf course. A warm welcome will always await you at Fallow House , and you are sure to be overwhelmed by the quality and location of this ’special’ cottage.
