There’s a handy ground-floor shower room, and two downstairs bedrooms: one king-size and a flexible room which can be organised as a super-king-size or a twin. This room has an en-suite bathroom. Head upstairs to find two more bedrooms: a single and another flexible super-king/twin room. You’ll find a final family bathroom with a bath and separate shower. Head out to the garden when the weather is fine; there’s a dining area with a parasol for added shade, and a terrace and lawn area. This is enclosed by a fence so you can allow your dogs to sniff around. Beyond the fence, you can enjoy exploring the 250 acres of farmland, with 12 miles of footpaths.
Suffolk is full of farms, estates and wildlife, so you can really get back to nature. The property is located on a farm and you can walk around certain areas. If you need essentials – or would like to visit a pub – Bramfield is less than 1 mile away. Try the High Lodge Leisure Centre (2.5 miles) for lots of activities, including clay pigeon shooting, archery and fishing, or the Wilderness Reserve (3.5 miles) for paddleboard yoga, spa treatments, axe throwing and much more.
