Beautiful water views and just a few steps to the beach access make this the perfect vacation spot. Main level features new kitchen, spacious living room/dining room with large screened in deck, and a guest bedroom with attached bath. Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and dining bar. Second level has huge master bedroom with a wall of windows overlooking lake and golf course beyond, en suite bath with comfort-height double sink vanity and separate walk-in shower and water closet. A third guest bedroom with queen bed and twin bed and attached private bath is also on this level.
Renovated in fall 2021 with all solid surface flooring, new paint, furniture and an added walk-in closet in the MBR. A third bathroom with full-size walk-in shower was added to the second-level guest suite.
Living area and all bedrooms feature new flat-screen HDTV's, cable TV and complimentary Wifi. Premium bedding and linens throughout the unit.
