Approach this chocolate-box, wisteria-clad cottage, which has a ramp, and enter to find yourselves in a generous hallway. From here, there is easy access to the twin bedroom and its accessible en-suite wet room. Also downstairs is the airy, open-plan lounge/diner, with the kitchen adjacent. Here, you will find everything you need to help you cater for your party with your own ingredients. Serve up at the table with the french doors to the garden open to bring in a summer breeze. The lounge/diner has a characterful, stone fireplace fitted with a wood burner for you to stoke up on winter nights. Unwind in here on the soft seating in front of a good film on the Smart TV. There is also a handy, separate WC downstairs. The ground floor of the property benefits from having no steps, including from the lounge/diner into the garden. Two king-size bedrooms, with sloping, beamed ceilings, can be found on the top floor of the cottage, together with the family bathroom.
