Positive: The property was fine, clean and nice location

Negative: The property was double booked, we arrived early thank goodness after a 3 and half hour journey, for someone an hour later to walk in and scare my child, and he said he had booked it., which resulted in us having to call to sort this out, then the owner called me back to ask if I could tell them where they could go, so had to walk to find them., then the owner messaged to say all sorted, that shouldn’t of been something I had to sort just put a damper on the stay, as I would not of been happy to have to drive home 3and half hours.
