Please note that shortening your reservation, checking out early, or requesting to move your stay to different dates is treated the same as a cancellation. We operate under a rental arbitrage model and carry fixed costs including rent and daily operational expenses for each property. Because of this, we cannot afford to leave the home vacant, and therefore cannot offer refunds or date changes after the reservation has started.
