Guests have free use of the leisure club, which provides an indoor pool, spa, steam room, sauna and gym (subject to club membership rules). An ideal base to explore some of England’s most beautiful countryside. Kirkby Lonsdale is only 5 minutes’ drive away, with its charming inns, restaurants and quality shops. It also has a weekly market on a Thursday. This is an ideal base from which to explore both the nearby Yorkshire Dales and Lake District National Parks. Lake Windermere, with fine water sports opportunities, is a 20-mile drive. Ingleton is only a 5-minute drive, famous for its waterfalls and gorgeous scenery and also White Scar Caves. Golf, fishing and riding can be found locally. A supermarket is within 1 mile.
