The living room has comfortable seating, a Smart TV and a dining table seating four guests. The kitchen has been completely renovated to a very good standard and the family shower room has a large walk in shower. Completing the accommodation are two bedrooms, one master with a large wardrobe cupboard and and en-suite shower room. Outside is a garden, which is shared with other residents of the building, and allocated parking. Additional visitor spaces are available or there is plenty of unrestricted parking on the roadside if needed. This property is strictly no pets.

If you fancy a city day out, just hop on the direct train into Manchester that runs until late in the evening.
