Entering the property, head up the stairs to the light and welcoming galley-style kitchen/diner which has a range of useful equipment and a charming central dining table. A flight of six stairs leads up to a fresh, bright and airy lounge where you will find ample seating and a TV, with light streaming in through the skylights in the vaulted and beamed ceiling. Back outside, there’s a parking space for one car and easy access onto the canal towpath, making a lovely spot for a quiet walk in the morning. At the property, a couple of steps lead from the lounge to a glass apex door which opens out onto a sweet balcony with seating, providing a lovely spot to sit out and watch the comings and goings at the Wash House Lock.
