From the Equestrian Festival, you will just have a pleasant drive of less than 20 minutes east, away from the congestion and traffic headaches of Traverse City, but still close enough to head into the city for an evening out or a day at the Torch Lake. Kayaks, river tubes, two SUP's are all availabe for your use. There are fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries growing on the property which are free to pick and enjoy!

There is a 24' wide x 34' deep pole barn with a 12' high door available for your use. The back yard is partially fenced in and backs up to a wooded area.
