This wonderful, rural cottage is located in a pretty hamlet of cottages just 20 minutes South of Norwich city centre and offers an abundance of things to do nearby. It's perfect for exploring both the Norfolk and Suffolk coastline. This traditional, detached cottage has been extended and renovated to a very high standard, offering exceptional accommodation for friends and families alike. Parking is directly outside and there is access via the side door to a handy utility room with cloakroom. This is an ideal space for walking gear after a day out exploring the local footpaths and those further afield. From here you enter into the real hub of the house with a wonderful, open-plan, light and spacious kitchen, dining and seating area overlooking the back patio and raised garden. This really is an ideal space for all guests to enjoy together. During the warmer months you can access the back patio for alfresco dining. There is plenty of room for guests to escape to for some quiet time, with a cosy sitting room and a woodburning stove, plus a snug room. Both offer a perfect space to relax with a book.
