This 9,850 sq. ft. mansion is amazing! The 3 level main house has 6 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms it includes a pool table, Foosball, ping pong, and air hockey. Ample sitting areas with over sized kitchen, and a bar for entertaining. Gas insert fireplace to warm up by, and an amazing outside deck area with a grill, sitting area and an over sized hot tub. I almost forgot to mention your very own private movie theater with over 400 DVD selections. This amazing property sits on a private 2 acre lot with ample parking space and boat/trailer space available. Property is located less than 10 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort and Casinos. We are across the street from Cave rock boat launch and 1.2 miles from Zephyr Cove beach resort and 2.5 miles to Round hill pines beach resort.
The main house has 6 total bedrooms 5 full bathrooms and can accommodate a total of 10 people. There are 2 private suites located above the garage in the Guesthouse each 1,000 sq. ft. with your own fireplace, living room area, and en-suite bathroom. Guests can request additional suites for a fee for each suite if additional space is required total of 10 guests still apply. This beautiful home is only minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort. Close to all mountain activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sledding, hiking, biking and wonderful shopping and restaurants.

Summary: Our team really enjoyed the stay. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and it was a very welcoming house. The pool table and the theater were the biggest hits. The kitchen is perfect to cook for large groups. This would be a perfect place for a family reunion. The only drawback to the property were the two apartments over the garage. They were also wonderful spaces, but renters need to know that in each space, there is only one bathroom. Guests will go through/or past the other bed in order to use the bathroom. Not a problem for families, but inconvenient for other groups.
