The unit has is a 1 person jetted whirlpool tub and a shower stall, a fully equipped kitchen, dining areas with seating for 4, and living room with a queen sofa sleeper. Sunset views over Grand Traverse Bay and use of the heated in-ground pool and on site coin operated laundry area. No elevators in condo buildings, only stairs. All of these condo units are strictly NO SMOKING - NO PETS.
