The cabins grounds are au natural - as grass is not native to Tahoe. This house has room for the entire family, providing the basics for a wonderfully rustic lakefront experience. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub after 10 PM per ordinance.
