Cow Byre is an all ground floor, stone, semi-detached cottage set close to the village of Lingdale, only four miles from the Spa town of Saltburn-by-the Sea on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. This cottage is a former farm building and is disabled-friendly offering two bedrooms consisting of one double and one single, as well as a wet room with shower, meaning four people can stay in comfortable surroundings. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. To the outside of this cottage there is ample off road parking and a patio and lawned area to rear with furniture. Cow Byre is a delightful holiday home in a lovely area, close to many places of interest.

Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Patio and lawned area to rear with garden furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Dogs are not to be left unattended in property. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 mins walk. North York Moors 10 mins walk. Note: When outside, dogs should be attended at all times.
