This brilliant flat is located close to great transport links, London City Airport, restaurants and Canary Wharf. The flat has 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, balcony and a lovely open plan kitchen and living room and a communal courtyard. This would be a great place for up to 2 people looking to be located in a more residential area which is still easily accessible to Central London and surrounding areas. The Space: The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a secure modern residential building, which is accessible via a lift or stairs. There is a strong wifi connection throughout which will guarantee a happy stay. This is my home and as such you may find some of my personal items here - I ask that you treat my home with the respect that you would treat your own place! LIVING AREA / KITCHEN The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay is you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. The kitchen has been fitted with modern kitchen appliances and there are a range of cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. The living area has a grey comfortable sofa which is perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what London has to offer. The TV doesnt have any live channels, however there is a HDMI cable so you will be able to stream from your laptop. There is a desk in the corner which is a great place to sit if you need to do some work during your stay. This can also be used as a dining table. From the living area you can gain access out onto the balcony which has a small table and chairs, which is a great place to have your morning coffee on a warm sunny day and admire the view. BEDROOM The double bed has a sumptuous memory foam mattress and the bed will be spotlessly made up using white hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobe for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongings neatly away. BATHROOM The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and sink. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest. Guest Access: Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in. Interaction with Guests: When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be. The Neighborhood: This flat is located in a lovely up and coming area of east London. -Canary Wharf is a 16 minute bus journey away. -The O2 Arena is just 14 minutes away. This is one of London’s main state-of-the-art arena’s hold holding events and concerts throughout the year. It also includes a bowling alley, clubs, cinema, exhibition spaces, bars. -Westfield shopping centre is under 20 minutes away and is one of London biggest shopping centres. - London City airport is just a 16 minute journey away on the DLR. -Greenwich is also just 30 minutes away, which is home to the National Maritime Museum. Getting Around: This property is in a fantastic location in terms of being able to get around London quickly and easily. East India: 5 minute walk away ( DLR) Canning Town: 10 minute walk ( Jubilee and DLR) If you would prefer to travel around London via bus here are a number of bus stops along Abbott Road.
