The top floor of this stunning homes bathes in light from both sides - with a small balcony which peeks through to the Thames and Battersea bridge and a rooftop terrace on the other (see Access notes below). The home is set over four floors with the entrance hallway at the street/entrance level, stairs to the first floor (bedrooms), and the second and third floors (kitchen and sitting room). The private roof terrace is accessed from the sitting room via some steps.
ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Lots Road is a quiet corner of Chelsea tucked off the Chelsea Embankment. Beloved of antique dealers and design fanatics (the Chelsea Design Studio is within close walking distance), it’s a wonderful area also served by some excellent pubs (the Lots Road Dining Room and the Chelsea Ram). Imperial Wharf station is within easy walking distance. A few minutes’ walk north will bring you to the King’s Road, and east to the River Thames banks.
