My very quiet, spacious, and comfortable 2 bed flat is filled with my personal touches and is my pride and joy so only suitable for respectful people over 25 years old. It is 20 mins from central London via the tube (Oval station) or bus (Buses 185, 436, or 36 stop right outside). Camberwell is a 5 min walk away with great pubs and restaurants. The Institute of Psychiatry and Kings Hospital is just up the road. My 2 bed, one bathroom flat is on the second floor of a Georgian style purposefully built block. Camberwell is in a busy urban area but once you’re inside you won't believe it. The flat is surrounded by trees and every window has a green aspect so the light-filled rooms can act as a quiet haven after a busy day in London. I have lived here for many years and thus you will find many of my personal touches and art throughout the flat. MASTER BEDROOM This bedroom contains a comfortable king-size double bed and has cupboard storage with two small drawers and a concealed full length mirror. SECOND BEDROOM This bedroom also sleeps two – there are two single beds. One pulls out from beneath the other one and can be erected to same height so is just as comfortable. There is a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. High quality hotel-style sheets will be provided for all beds. BATHROOM There is a tiled modern bathroom with a stylish mirror, large sink, and lage bath with overhead shower with a rainfall showerhead. KITCHEN Dishwasher, four burner electric hob, and a sizable fridge freezer. There are many amenities and utensils you can use. LIVING AREA This lovely, light space opens out onto a terrace and has great lighting, a TV, many books and art pieces, and a dining area with a table that seats four.
