Walk back up the bridle path and you are immediately standing across the river from the facilities of Ironbridge with its many traditional pubs, village shops and local tourist attractions and of course, a stroll across the Iron Bridge itself to get there. With its museums and gorge it is hard to tear yourself away from this wonderful location, but should you wish to explore further afield, Telford is only a few miles drive away, or to the west the vibrant market town of Shrewsbury and the beauty of the Shropshire Hills. 9 Ladywood is a charming cottage housed neatly down a bridle path in the heart of the famous Ironbridge, a wonderful location to explore the historical town and surrounding Shropshire countryside.

Renowned for being home to the world's first iron bridge (built 1777-1779), this village offers an array of shops, pubs, restaurants and museums. Nearby are the towns of Shrewsbury, Ludlow, Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock.
